If you like Vincent Van Gogh’s work then speed down to the Royal Academy for a great exhibition of his work. The smart thing to do is to become a Friend. You use your card like a season ticket which means the more you use it the cheaper the visits become but that is not the only advantage! If you visit on a busy day and I guess they will all be now because it finishes soon and it’s the Easter holiday, then you can skip all the queues and prebooking issues and go straight in. The final advantage is you can reward yourself with a nice cup of tea in the Friends room (pat yourself on the back for being at least 3 decades younger than many others.)
Despite only painting for about 10 years, Van Gogh was extremely productive, not only pictures but letters too. In fact if he had been around now, he would certainly have been a blogger!
